WHAT: The Annual Harvard-Yale Cocktail Party at an Exclusive Venue. Join fellow Harvard and Yale alumni for this special event where we honor the French Scholarship students.
DATE: Thursday, June 30, 2011
TIME: 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM * Please arrive promptly as entrance will require passing through security.
PLACE: As usual, this event will take place in a prestigious hotel particulier in the center of Paris, near Place de Concorde, featuring exquisite gardens and a wonderful decor. For confidentiality and security reasons, you will receive the address and full event details in a separate confirmation email once you have registered online for the event.
COST: Early Bird Rate (by MONDAY, JUNE 6TH AT MIDNIGHT): 45 € per person

MORE INFO: Once registered, you will receive (1) an email from the registration website (Amiando) with your event tickets, which you must bring with you and present to security as proof of registration, as well as (2) a confirmation email from the Harvard and Yale Clubs with complete event details. Please specify your full name and the full names of your guests when registering.
Space is limited and we will only accept paid registrations on a first-come, first-served

PLEASE BRING A VALID PHOTO ID AND YOUR PRINTED AMIANDO TICKETS FOR THE SECURITY CHECK. Only persons who have registered by the June 21st deadline and who have ID and their Amiando tickets will be admitted.
